Music Alive

It's on again - Arrive alive is a major sponsor of the Youth Stage at the 2008 Royal Easter Show showcasing the very best young local and overseas talent including YouthRock bands.

Headliners on the stage include The Hampdens, an amazing three piece band who recently toured with Missy Higgins and Rob Thomas and Angela's Dish from the Central Coast who will be rockin' out along side The Vasco Era, one of the best new bands in Australia, known for their intense live shows!

The stage will also be home to the Zimboyz, the hottest acrobatic troupe to hit Australia with stunts including jumping through fire hoops, creating human pyramids and chair balancing - you are sure to be amazed.

Also don't miss the beat-boxing of Tom Tom Club whose acrobatics, hip hop moves, and pulsating drum beats work together to bring a new sound to your ears.

YouthRock (insert link) bands playing on the stage include 2007 winners, Parabowla from Kempsey, 2006 winners, folk/rock band BenJaLu from Newcastle and Sydney-siders Absent bringing their alternative and rocking sounds to the Youth Stage.

The Freestyle trials will feature Jack Field and Jason Hill, two of the best professional riders. Their show includes Freestyle Moto-X and BMX.

The Youth Stage is FREE (once Easter show admission has been purchased) and runs from 20th March to 2nd April from 5.30 - 7.30pm. A full program is below.
