The uni party season kicked off with Wollongong Unis legendary Arrive alive Garden Party.

New students and seasoned party professionals saw a stellar line up of Australian bands & DJs including: Gyroscope, The Cops, Grafton Primary, The Bustin' Crew DJs, Ras Gong Guerrillas, & Reason Strikes.

Gyroscope are one of Australia's best live rock acts and fans had the opportunity to preview new Gyroscope material as part of their 'Pre-obsession tour!

The Cops brought their superb balance of rock, roll, funk and groove to the stage alongside dynamic dance duo Grafton Primary who got the dance floor moving with their unique blend of synthwave and electro.

These favourites will be joined by popular local acts: The Bustin' Crew DJs, reggae superstars Ras Gong Guerillas & punk rockers Reason Strikes (UniCentre Band Comp 07 Winners).

The Arrive alive Garden Party took place across two stages and features an outdoor beer garden, plenty of room to dance and an unbeatable party atmosphere.

As part of this safety initiative, the ever-popular FREE Arrive alive Shuttle was available after the show stopping at the University Halls of Residence, North Wollongong Station and in town for those who want to kick on. The shuttle reinforces the importance of planning before a night out.
